We create edible works of art, customized to fit any occasion! ***ANNOUNCEMENTS AND POLICIES*** ✨LEADTIME: To inquire about availability or custom designs, please send me a message! If no preferred delivery date is specified, your order will be automatically placed in the queue to be made fresh and delivered based on our lead time at the time the order is placed. These dates may sometimes be 4-6 weeks out, depending on the time of year, so I always recommend sending a message first to confirm that we have availability! ✨DESIGNS: If you place an order and do not specify which designs you'd like, they will be "Baker's Choice" based on the most popular designs. Characters, animals, logos, and photos will be printed using an edible ink printer to ensure uniform designs, and get your photos as close to perfection as possible! ✨COLORS: I do offer color customization - however if you have a very specific color, please send me a message to show the exact shade. Sometimes devices can show a slightly different shade from device to device, but I do my best to match the icing as close to the desired shade as possible. ✨NEW & DISCONTINUED DESIGNS: The “wedding gown on the hanger” shape and the "cake on the cake stand" shape, shown in some photos, have been discontinued due to breakage on the tiny appendages in the mail. Instead, I use a similar dress shape without a hanger, and a similar cake shape without the stand. If you order the dress or cake designs, you'll receive the new shapes. ✨ALLERGIES: My cookies are nut-free, however my facility is NOT a nut-free facility. I do take great precautions to make sure that nuts do not come in contact with the cookies or my tools/appliances. ✨CARRIER DELAYS: The packages are shipped out in time to arrive before the delivery date specified. However, I are NOT responsible for carrier delays, or damages in the mail, and I do NOT offer refunds for packages that are late due to carrier delays or damaged in transit. If you need to guarantee that your package arrives by a specific date, please request an earlier due date, and I will make sure your package arrives by the specified date. If you would like to purchase insurance or overnight shipping, please let me know. Should a package arrive late or be damaged in transit, you are more than welcome to file a claim with the USPS, however, we are not responsible for filing that claim.
