I have been baking for over 20 years. I am more of a hobby baker as this is a side gig. I do work full time Monday through Friday. So all orders will be responded to after 5 pm and after 9am Saturday and Sunday. All orders are made for delivery date and time. I bake just about anything from cookies to cakes. I can do sugar free, gluten free, keto. Ask and we can discuss what your options are. I do have a Manager Food certification, Allergen certification and Cottage Food Certification.
