Unfortunately, my cookies arrived disheveled. The box was packed so tight that the cookies had no space in the designs were smashed. The cookies with the name on it were all smashed. Over a dozen cookies were broken. I’m very disappointed with this order. In addition, a rush fee was requested after I placed the order. This was not discussed when I talked to Des prior to placing the order. I specifically asked if the order could be completed in time for the date of the baby shower.
